Customer unable connect to NAS folder
Customer reported unable to connect the NAS folder and getting below error.
Step 1
Go into customer network environment, like connect to VPN, jump-host, or TeamViewer customer PC.
Example ELL customer, ask Lora to provide PC for access the ELL network environment.
Step 2
Remote into the PC and open any browser to launch this URL.

Password: Pa$$w0rd
Step 3
Open the Control Panel as pointed.
Step 4
Open the External Access as pointed.
Step 5
If the status shown as below and please follow the next steps for troubleshooting.

Click the “Network” option as below.
Step 7
If found as below, please go below further step.
Step 8
Launch up the CMD and perform ping test to 2 IP address.
Step 9
Go to the step 7 and tick the box as below.

Modify the DNS server as below.
Step 11
Click the “Apply” button as below.
Step 12
Next, go to the network interface and click "Bond 1"

Click "Edit" and put the DNS Server "8.8.8.8" on that column as per shown below.

If user still unable connect to the NAS, please seeking advise from level 1.5 or level 2 for further assistance.
And level 2 advises restart the NAS, kindly inform to customer and seeking approval from customer.
